OSHA RATINGS
McGrath was accepted into the St. Louis Construction OSHA Partnership Program in 2004, based on our outstanding health and safety program. We were scored 122 of a possible 130 points in an objective third party assessment by:

  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
  • St. Louis Building and Construction Trades Council
  • Carpenters’ District Council of Greater St. Louis and Vicinity
  • Associated General Contractors (AGC) of St. Louis

We make our commitment to safety a top priority, and we continually enhance our safety program to remain up-to-date and competitive. All McGrath management personnel -- from our president and vice presidents to project managers, engineers, estimators and project superintendents -- have completed 10-hour OSHA training and currently are enrolled in 30-hour OSHA training.

McGrath maintains excellent OSHA ratings including OSHA recordable incident rate (health and safety incidents per 200,000 work hours) and lost-time incidents (injuries or occupational illnesses that result in time away from work).
