The financial base for the new company was provided by The Nooter Corporation, a highly respected manufacturer of specialty process vessels and equipment installation contractor. Today, McGrath & Associates is an employees-owned company operating under the management team of Ken Knobbe, Jr., President; Tom Rich, Senior Vice President, Rich Donahower, Vice President and Scott Olson, Corporate Secretary.
